Milking and Cheese Tour: Tour Departs Duck River Pavilions,

This fully guided tour departs by bush to the dairy centre traveling through the specially designed pasture, laneways, showing you the hump and hollowed fields. The tour will enter the purposely designed dairy viewing area where you will see the unique robots milking cows, your guide will explain the workings of the facility covering the dairy history of the region and cheese making over the years. You will see the cheese making area from the La Cantara Artisan Cheese Factory, including the Cheese maturing rooms.
